Key Features

• This is Yoshida Sarashi and -func. combined product integrating their traditional fabrics and antibacterial feature. It gives off silver ions and provides semi-permanent antibacterial and deodorant effect. Just wet, wring and put it over kitchenware, and it will prevent bacteria.
• Highly recommended to use at restaurants serving raw seafood or meat (e.g. sushi restaurant).
• Slightly yellowish rather than purely white because of no use of fluorescent dye.

• Can be used for multi-purposes such as filtering dashi broth, draining vegetables, preventing ingredients getting dry, squeezing ingredients, or straining tofu.
