It is perfect for cutting meat, cabbage, vegetables, herbs, and fruit. The knife features a redesigned handle and polished edge for exceptional sharpness, making food preparation enjoyable. Forged from a single piece of specially tempered high-carbon steel, it ensures outstanding strength and comfortable, secure handling.
The innovative knife sharpener is suitable for both left and right-handed users. It offers two sharpening levels: “Coarse” for dull knives and “Fine” for fine sharpening or regular resharpening. The ceramic slats grind the blade, restoring its original sharpness. Serrated edge knives should only be sharpened using the “Fine” level to remove any burrs.
