Preparation

• 1 Cup Mochi Pancake Mix
• 1/4 Cup Milk
• 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 Egg

Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Pour batter into a fry pan to make 4” size. Cook for about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
