There is a deep umami in hotness, and when melted in the sauce of a pot dish, the deliciousness of the material is further improved. It can also be used as a topping on meats, and tofu as a hot sauce. Or it can be blended into dressing, mayonnaise, soy sauce, or hot pot base.
