Care

• Do not use or store at temperatures over 158F (70C) or below -22F (-30C).
• Bleach safe
• Not recommended to use a dishwasher or dish dryer.
• Warping and deformation may occur when weight is applied over a long period at high temperatures. If that happens, heat the board to about 176F (80C), place it on a flat surface, place something heavy on top and let it cool.
• Keep away from fire or high temperature, or it may be deformed, melted, or burnt.
• Please refrain from placing fried food items like pork cutlets, chicken, or tempura directly on the Soft Cutting Board for cutting to serve.
• Please make equal use of both sides. Do not encourage intensive use of just one side.
• Use Cutting Board Scraper to erase tough spots, yellowing, molds, grooves, and feathering from the surface of your cutting board.
