Use & Care

• Wash it well after use. Dry completely before storage.
• Empty buring must be done before first use. 1. Wash well with detergent and a soft sponge and drain immediately. 2. Bake the lid and body separately in the oven at about 170C for about 30 minutes. 3. While the pan is still hot, spread a thin layer of shortening or spray oil evenly on the inside of the pan. 4. Bake again in the oven at about 250C for about 20 minutes to finish air baking. The pan will be slightly brownish in color because of the oil and fat film.
