This paste combines the umeboshi with shiso a classic pairing that you will often find in Japanese Cuisine. The salty and sour ume perfectly balances with the fragrant and mellowing shiso leaf. Kinjirushi uses carefully selected Nanko Ume from Wakayama prefecture which has soft and thick skin. The fruit is carefully strained to maintain its natural flavor and aroma.
